RECIPE: Maple Cocoa Gluten Free Pumpkin Seed Bars

These bars were a delicious happy accident! I saw my husband grab one of the processed granola bars I had put out for delivery workers and I wanted to step in and make a healthier alternative.  These bars are a gluten free, grain free, fiber rich bar that you can literally whip up in under 15 minutes.  They are high in protein and all natural- perfect for those following a paleo or keto diet.
